Once a tenant is sourced, we ensure everything is done to an exceptionally high standard as below:

Option 1:

Full Management “Silver” Service

• Maximum Rent
• Fully Reference checked professional tenants.
• Drawing up of Contracts.
• Inventory with pictures.
• Collection of rent monthly, then promptly transferred to landlords account.
• Property inspection checks carried out every three months.
• Repairs: Any repair and maintenance will be taken care of, but any repair over £100 will be confirmed with landlord first as all costs will be deducted from the rent. For your convenience we will also provide one quotation of our own for any works to be carried out on your property, as we work along side a company called Plumbers and Sparks. This would be entirely your choice to use our quote or provide us with your own, then once instructed by the landlord we will take care of the repair as soon as possible.

Option 2:

Full Management “Gold” Service

With the Full Management service "Gold", we will provide all of the services as the "Silver” service plus rent guarantee.

• Rent guarantee takes out the worry and hassle for you. With this service it means your rent will be paid to you monthly regardless if the tenant pays or not due to any issues. All the legal costs and paper work are covered by the insurers, so you are securely covered with no extra cost or work on your side until the tenants vacate the premises.

The Big Move Full Management Facility can be used, even if the home is not rented through Big Move, allowing everybody to benefit from this remarkable service.
