Emergencies:
- Gas leaks - call Transco immediately on 0800 111 999.
- Water leaks which can't be stopped by turning off an isolation valve/ stop cock valve.
- Burglaries which require doors or windows securing.
- Electrical wiring/installations causing sparking or shocks.
- Boiler breakdowns in extreme weather conditions.
Non Emergencies:
- Boiler breakdowns in mild weather conditions.
- Broken kitchen appliances.
- Blocked drains or sinks.
- Blown fuses or bulbs.
- Lost keys - wait until our office opens to see if we can have something arranged or call our emergency mobile.
