Once registered and instruction is received to find a rental property for you, we will carry out a free extensive search of the properties we currently hold on our database, or have on the pipe line. This will include digital images and property specifications to help you to make your decision, you can be fully ensured we will find the best property for your needs and requirements.

Once you have selected one or more properties, we will accompany you to the viewings, and if you make a decision you want to take the property, we will then go through all the letting procedures with you. (See tenants guide for more info)
